Refund Policy

At Pixel Verse LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not been started
  • If the initial concepts are not delivered within the agreed timeframe
  • If the service delivered does not match the agreed scope

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The project has been completed and delivered
  • The client has approved the work
  • Delays are caused by lack of client communication
  • Change of mind after project initiation

3. Partial Refunds

If a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@pixelversellc.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order details and reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and dispute handling. Pixel Verse LLC reserves the right to evaluate each refund request fairly and transparently.
